Look inside rapper Nelly's unfinished St. Louis mansion that sold for less than $1M

Rapping icon Nelly showed the world his St. Louis pride through his music with hit after hit at the turn of the 21st century, and his popularity helped him buy an elaborate mansion in his hometown.

Nelly's mansion, located in the St. Louis suburb of Wildwood, Missouri in West St. Louis County, recently sold for less than $1 million last month after being listed at $600,000. Fox 2, in St. Louis, reports the home sold for $982,500 via realtor Keller Williams Realty STL.

Multiple outlets, including , also report that Nelly had plans to renovate the property, but those plans never came to fruition.
